The Euro Medium Term Note programme ("EMTN programme") enables Schiphol Group to obtain money to finance investments, repay loans, finance dividend payments and expenditure for other general business purposes.
The EMTN programme was arranged by Lehman Brothers in 1999. The programme enables Schiphol Group to place bonds with professional investors by means of standard documentation. The programme currently totals EUR 1 billion. Schiphol Group's bonds are quoted on Euronext Amsterdam and/or on the London Stock Exchange.
