The Euro Commercial Paper Programme (“ECP programme") enables Schiphol Group to obtain loans to finance investments, repay loans, finance dividend payments and expenditure for other general business purposes.
The EMTN programme has been set up in 2008. The programme enables Schiphol Group to place loans with a maturity up to one year with professional investors by means of standard documentation. The programme currently totals EUR 750 million.
