The Board of Management members is jointly responsible for managing the company and the general course of the company's business. In performing its duties the Board of Management shall act in accordance with the interests of the company and shall weigh the interests of those involved in the company (including the shareholders). The Board of Management shall itself be responsible for the quality of its performance. A detailed description of the responsibilities can be found in the Board of Management Rules.
