The Dutch government imposes levies on airlines for noise, Air Traffic Control and the Governmental Planning Compensation Levy. This last levy is necessary in order to refund the expenditures pre-financed by the government for claims, the demolition of buildings and the relocation of houseboats in the vicinity of Schiphol. You can find an overview of the charges in the 'Aviation charges and conditions 1 November 2007' (Appendix III) and in the documents listed below. The ATC charges for the period 1 January 2007 until 31 December 2007 did not change compared to 2006.
