Hotel reservation panel

Tourists and business travellers, who stay in Amsterdam and surrounding area do not always have a hotel reservation when they arrive at Schiphol. These arriving passengers go in search of a suitable hotel upon arrival.

To provide a good service to over 12.5 million arriving passengers a year, a hotel reservation panel has been placed in a very prominent position in arrival halls 1-2 (European and intercontinental passengers) and 3 (intercontinental passengers). With one press of a button, passengers are able to call the hotel of their choice and quickly make a reservation

Slide/advertisement on the Hotel reservation panels Schiphol
The dimensions of a slide/advertisement are 25 x 14 cm. Advertisers will need to produce these themselves. Schiphol Media can recommend suppliers for this.
The annual fee for a slide/advertisement on one of the panels is : EUR 2,400

A 50% discount (excluding phone charges) will be granted if a second slide/advertisement is placed on another hotel reservation panel at the same time. The annual fee for this second slide/advertisement is : EUR 1,200

With these 2 slides you can reach passengers arriving at Schiphol in all arrival halls 1, 2 and 3. The above-mentioned fees include the connection between the hotel and the panel at Schiphol and all telephone charges but exclude the production costs of the slide/advertisement and VAT.
